Black:

White to mate in two moves.

The chancellor is a piece that has the combined moves of rook and knight (in the same manner as the queen has the combined moves of bishop and rook).

Solution

1. R e1 - e3. While this does not give a threat to give mate in one, after every move of black, white can give mate.
