Instructions for obtaining your own set of cards
Print this web page to a color printer (requires three A4 sheets). Twenty full-size cards will be obtained that you may cut and paste (with scissors and glue!) to any business sized card, or to the fronts of cards from an old and preferably incomplete set of playing cards (the backs of which, in either case, should all be similar).
