Comments/Ratings for a Single Item

I added a new value of "Dead" to UserStatus in the Person table, and I started changing the user status of some people who are known to be dead or can reasonably be expected to be dead given when they lived. Please let me know if there are any contributors to this site besides those already marked as dead who are known to be dead. If you are an editor, you may make the correction yourself in the database. When someone is marked as dead, this will be noted on his person information page, and there will no longer be a message about how to register that account if you are that person. Also, the login() function will now return false for dead users.
