I started the game below today, and the game ended immediately after my

I had the same problem with a game recently. I thought maybe I had set the wrong time controls. I'll check whether there is a bug with setting time controls.

Additionally, the page I had created on Makruk is gone:

Just as an additional piece of information Fergus...

This problem happened to me when I sent my opponent directly the invitation
(versus a public invitation for anyone to accept).

I don't know if this has anything to do with the bug.

I fixed up msdisplay.php on the play subdomain, and I created a
membergraphics directory there that redirects to the one on the main
domain, just so the graphics will still show up.

The problem with the time controls was due to me commenting out too much
when I only meant to change the email message. I uncommented the lines for
multiplying timed game values times units. Without that multiplication,
they were all being treated as seconds.
