this variant may be found at http://www.kaissa-thegame.com/

Kaissa is one of good chess variants worth being implemented with ZOG.

Port Kar Industries is apparently non-responsive. I paid $20.00 not once
but twice! trying to get my unlock key for the excellent PC Kaissa game
they have developed, but never received an unlock key. The game has been
hardened against uninstall-reinstall--so once your 30 days or 30 games are
used up, you can never play it again.

That is sad, because it seemed like such a well developed game.

Asriel, at the hardest level that program thinks ahead only three half-moves. This means that it is a lousy program. Kaissa could easily be implemented in Zillions, when it would be much better. Zillions also costs $20, but then you get a much stronger program, and you won't only get one variant but thousands, many of them more interesting than Kaissa. If you buy Zillions then you can implement Kaissa yourself, provided that you won't publish the game (while it is copyrighted).
