After the following series of moves, White should have captured both of Black's Kings and won the game. But instead of that, it doesn't play White's second move. I'll try to figure out what is going on tomorrow:

1. P f7-f8
1... p f10-f9; p c10-c9
2. P e7-e8; P e8-f9
2... p e10-f9; p b11-b10
3. B e6-h9; B h9-f11
3... r f12-f11; n c11-e10
4. N c6-d8; N d8-e10
4... b d11-e10; b e10-b7
5. Q d5-b7; P c7-c8
5... q e12-a8; q a8-b7
6. R c5-c7; R c7-b7
6... b e11-h8; b h8-f6
7. Q e5-e13; Q e13-d13

This is now fixed. There was a remaining conditional that broke out of a loop when the King was in check, and White's first move left a King in check. With that conditional removed, it completed White's second move and correctly evaluated that both Black Kings were captured and that White had won.
