I had to add diagrams from a third party site (BGG - Boardgamegeek) to better illustrate the new chess piece. All these diagrams were made on the site musketeerchess.net

All other diagrams were made using a local chess editor.

I ask you to take this into account and allow this version of chess to be published.

Is there a good reason not to simply copy the images and upload them here?

But when I want to insert an image, I am asked to provide a link to it.

That is why you first have to upload those here. Through the "Upload or Manage Files" link at the bottom of the article. Then you can enter the on-site link when it is requested.

Thank you! I did everything exactly as you indicated.

The editor Bn Em has revised this page.

There were a couple remaining apparently spurious external image links, which I have now removed; they seem to have been to duplicates of the example in the description of the gravitatur, but didn't seem to be showing up (which presumably would have made it more obvious they were there in the first place)

I'd be interested in seeing a full game of this; the positions in the mating problems are so unorthodox from a ‘normal’ chess(‐variant) perspective…
