Jared is right. It's a bit annoying to keep seeing the word 'pokémons'.
'Pokemon' is an invariant plural (as has been pointed out before), unless you are a LOLcat. Also, Japanese is a language and an ethnicity, but not a location. And finally, calling a piece a 'bushido' is like calling a piece a 'chivalry' or an 'existentialism'. Rating this poor because, aside from language issues, it is unplayable as written. Literally. It simply does not give enough information for somebody to be able to play a game of it.
Ok, so I really like the basic concept (which is to say, shogi with pokemon. Esp. since your handling seems to imply that one major way to do this is as a form of 'chess with different armies'), but this does suffer from a number of issues. For one thing, it does seem to suffer from a shortage of pokemon/items. I realize you were planning to change that in the future, though, and it's not like other people can't make their own pokemon, so I won't agonize over it. Moreover, I don't really understand the purpose of the bizarre capturing rules (IE: what happens when a pokemon captures a promoted bushido, what happens when a bushido captures a pokemon, etc. A lot of it seems like just needlessly nerfing the bushido while adding unnecessary complexity to the game). Also, I may be misunderstanding, but it seems to me that the pokemon aren't really very well balanced against each other (which is an issue if people are using the 'random' set up). But with a little work it could at least be fun, so...
