Unfortunately you haven't dealt with the issue of the kings being next to each other the game starts with an impossible situation you really need to redefine how peices may move over the back rank. There is no move by white that deals with blacks king and queen except to take blacks king so either white can take blacks king or white is in checkmate at the beggining of the game.
