Does the game have an actual page?  Are the rules available anywhere?

It's a commercial product, and I expect its rules are available in the set. There's an Amazon link for it near the bottom of the page. Since I don't know the rules, and it might violate copyright to post them here anyway, I don't think we have the rules here.
