As the rules are stated the logical answer would be yes, as long as they were not adjacent. This is because the notional capture would involve passing through a cell adjacent to the other King, i.e. through check. The rating is effectively one good for the game and one for the piece, which as far as I can understand has no page of its own.
The SuperKing moves like a Queen but cannot move through check. Gilman clarifies in the one other comment that that means Kings can face each other along radial lines, unlike Xiangqi.
