There was a bug that prevented files from being uploaded for user submitted items. That bug should now be fixed. Please let me know if you have any more problems. Thanks!

I have contacted our web hosting service. Possibly they made security changes that caused the uploads to stop working. We haven't changed any of that code in ages, so it's likely some environmental change was made that was outside of our control. We'll keep you posted on this issue. In the meantime, thank you for your patience!
