I get the following message: You must specify a contributor User ID. Please press the 'Back' button and enter your user id. I entered my MemberID and password. Also entered the file to be uploaded. James Zuercher.

This should now be fixed.

(The important part of that message was "contributor"; you need that elevated status granted by an editor before uploading files to the site.)
