Three Universes Chess
Setup
Same as normal chess, on 3 boards, the Red Universe, the Green Universe, and the Blue Universe.Rules
Similar to normal chess, except:- Move on 2 boards (universes) each turn, of your choice but they must be 2 different boards, not both moves on the same board. This is where the piece moves from, in case it moves to a different universe, it can do so and you still may move a piece from that destination universe as well if you wish to. If you want, you can move on only 1 universe on your turn instead.
- There is no castling or check/mate. Win by capturing the opponent's king in the Green Universe, or by capturing both opponent's kings in the Red and Blue universes.
- Rooks and bishops (but not queens) may move through your own king on one universe out of the your own king on another universe moving in the same direction. You can go from Green to either Red or Blue, but from Red and Blue you can go only to Green.
- When both kings in a universe are captured, then that universe and all the pieces in it disappears.
