Fraction Shogi

Rules

They are like Shogi, but uses Fraction Chess rules. Making a normal move costs x1, capturing move costs x1.5, capturing a fraction of another piece without moving (rifle capture) costs x5, a move with promotion costs x1.5, and dropping a piece or any fraction of it costs x1.5. The total fraction of an unpromoted pawn in a column must not total more than one. A gold general promotes to a piece which is still same as a gold general, except that all of its costs to do anything are x0.5.
