Short Leaper Chess

Rules

Same as Orthodox Chess, except for the following differences:

Rooks can slide 1 square orthogonally or leap 2 squares orthogonally.

Bishops can slide 1 square diagonally or leap 2 squares diagonally.

Queens can move 1 square or leap 2 in any direction. Or optionally both players can decide to play with Orthodox queens, or with queens that can slide (but not leap) 2 squares in any direction.
