Since some week SMIRF's development environment has been changed from Borland C++ Builder 6 to Borland Developer Studio 2006 - and it still is beta. Thus it easily could happen, that not everything is as it should be. Nevertheless any bad experiences there not have been reported yet beside of your missed DLL.
