Dear Kevin, indeed Overall Chess War would have been a better name to my eyes. I like very much that idea of playing simultaneous games. It could also be extended to, let's say or imagine, 4 different chess variants! That could be really fun. (Like chess/xiangqi/shogi/makruk, a World War; or Opulent/Eurasian/Shako/Expanded a Decimal War, or Sac/Butterfly/Hannibal/Frog , a Kevinian Challenge)

This sounds like something brilliant! Pacean parallels could become all the rage!

One could even go with "two front" (or more) games, where winning one board means you can use the pieces you still have from that game as drops on the other board.

PS: I even have a good set of 12x12 games (Desert Dust, Zwangkrieg, Rotary Chess, and Food Fight) that could be mashed together for a parallel game (albeit a particularly weird one).
