I have just updated the table of wins, losses, and draws. I will assign new
games tomorrow. Because I have been busy, I have not found the time to
finish writing rule-enforcing presets for the games still without them. I
am not going to have the time in the near future, and if things work out
for me, I won't have time in the far future either. So I will assign some
games with only dumb presets available for them, which means that
rule-enforcement will be up to the players.

George Duke ran out of time in all his current games and so has lost them.
I won't assign any more of his games unless he states his intention to
continue with the tournament. If he does not state any intention to
continue with the tournament before the remaining games finish, I will
consider his remaining games forfeit, and his opponent in each remaining
game shall be considered the winner.
