Chess with Promoters. Missing description (8x8, Cells: 64) [All Comments] [Add Comment or Rating]I think I am not yet a very good player of CH/w/P, but the game looks much more interesting than I thought at first, according to a few test games against George Duke (2 test games) and my son (1). A rule need to be clarified: 'En Passant' is allowed, regardless the Pawn to be captured remains as Pawn or it is promoted. A rule is going to be put on the carpet for discussion: Promoters movement looks better if it is allowed a free movement between ranks 3-6, instead of the present rule, but this possible change of rule needs some interchange of ideas.
