I recall an exchange of comments that Fergus and I once had with Michael Howe, concerning his NOVA CHESS, a 10x10 'variant in progress'. I believe Michael was using a Queen + Leo piece, which is called a 'Brigadier' in this variant. This piece may be worth even more than an Amazon (Queen + Knight).
