Bishop Knight Morph Factor. I do not know if there is a Bishop to Rook morph game, but there are certainly other morph variants. My first variant, Pillars of Medusa has a piece that can morph into whatever it captures. I think my favorite morph-based chess variant is Steve Jackson's 'Proteus.' That game makes use of dice for pieces. See more at: http://www.sjgames.com/proteus/
