Asimov also gives an entire chess game, in words.

In his third autobiography (published posthumously in 1994) he writes that he was just about the world's worst chess player - while he knew all the moves, he couldn't beat anybody. he just played mostly random moves - hre thought the problem was he did not have the patience to plan (but perhaps he could not mentally manipulate images well)

His first autobiography was published in two separate volumes around 1980 and they were not as good in any way as his third one (written about 1990)

I think I once read where that game was taken from. It was a real game.
