Steve Giddins' excellent ongoing series: http://www.chessbase.com/newsdetail.asp?newsid=7423. Concealing Grimshaws, Novotny, or double Novotnys are Mates-in-two or maybe -three and not fairy. Helpmates are no longer fairy by their fiat a couple decades ago, but recently shown Selfmates by the same author at Chessbase are still heterodox, unsanctioned, or typically out-of-bounds for formal chess sites like Chessbase, Chess Cafe and F.i.d.e.
Novotny: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novotny_(chess).
