En passant is a simple matter: a Pawn that has moved THROUGH a square can be captured by any Pawn that could have captured it had it moved TO that square. I would give an example (and rate the game as Excellent!) if you had given a system of notation to identify hexagons. Well done getting every Queen on her colour!
