The first step in this has been to add this meta-tag to the headers: This tells a mobile browser to use the width of the device for the viewport width. Otherwise, it will assume a page has been designed for a desktop and readjust the viewport to what it would be to display the whole page on a desktop. Things are looking better, but things can still be fixed up better to look good on mobile devices.
