One thing stops me rating this game as excellent: the lopsided quality of having one Bishop aside. A Queen would be better, even if a physical Bishop is used (and physical Queens for half the Kings!) in tournaments where an even number of simultaneous games are played by half that number of sets. If something playing more like a Bishop is wanted you could consider a Silverider (B+forward R), Primate (my preferred term for the Dragonhorse, B+Wazir), or Silverbishop (Bishop+forward Wazir). Another interesting approach is to have stronger capturable pieces all round to make up for the small numbers, with similar conventions regarding their physical representations. These could include Gryphon and Aanca (see Bent Riders under Gryphon), Goldrook and Silverbishop, Guardian (alias Dragonking) and Primate, or Goldrider and Silverider, each with either Gnu (N+Camel) or Nightrider; or at the greatest extreme Queen, Marshal (R+N), and Cardinal (B+N).
