It's best to not create documents for the site with word processors. They are designed for producing printed documents, not web pages. If you prefer to use a WYSIWYG editor, use the WYSIWYG mode available in the forms for submitting content. Although you could convert your document to HTML and post that, it is not recommended unless you know what you're doing, and if you wrote your document with Microsoft Word, I'm guessing you don't already know HTML.
