Email sometimes take a while to arrive, but these days, some email services have been cracking down on spam in ways that screen out lots of legitimate email. I have previously fixed a problem with delivering to hotmail and was able to send email to a test hotmail account. At present, I have not gotten any message from hotmail that the email to you couldn't be delivered. You may just have to wait a while for it. In case it would help, make sure that email from this site is whitelisted in your account.
