You can't upload with the WYSIWYG editor. It is a third-party JavaScript application that does not work with our server. You have to use the file manager. There are no files in the directory /membergraphics/Phantom/ matching the filter *.
This means that the directory does now exist, but it is empty. Checking with WinSCP, it is indeed there. You should be able to use it to upload files.
