The rules did not specify what happens if both Palaces get abandoned in the same move.
This can happen when a Queen or Rook that is the last occupant of its own Palace
captures the last remaining occupant in the enemy Palace.
I resolved this ambiguity in the Diagram by taking the rule that it is never legal to abandon your own Palace
(like it is illegal in Atomic Chess to blow up your own King, even if that would take out the enemy King as well).
