Well, apart from the head looking down it doesn't seem very different. The neck attaches in the same way to the pedestal, but has to be much longer, which seems unnatural. Unless you imagine it not to be a neck, but part of the body. In that case the rest of the body was chopped off. So I wonder how it looks from the back.

Tilting (or lifting) an entire upper structure is one of the features the Tube program already implements. The question remains how to handle the back side of the connection to the base.

Tilting the head the other way, like the image on the pillar below, would avoid such problems.
