Of course. There never was anything wrong with the rule enforcing, in the sense that all legal moves would be accepted, and all illegal moves would be rejected. The problem was only with the highlighting, which, in the accelerated mode, might highlight moves that would not resolve an existing 'locust check'. This made it easier to accidentally enter such an illegal move (which then would be rejected by the legality enforcing).
But that highlighting problem was already fixed on May 13.
