I don't always use Chrome, but I am currently signed in with Chrome 131 on an Intel core i7 Windows 11 computer. The message does not actually say that cookies are not accepted, and the test it used to show that message only tested a cookie that would be set after successfully signing in. So if he entered the wrong password, he would also see that message. I have now added a test cookie that will be set on any attempt to sign in, and I have rewritten the condition to show the message if neither cookie exists. So if he now stops seeing this message after failing to sign in, the problem is probably that he doesn't remember his password. But if this problem persists after failing to sign in, then there is a problem with cookies, and one of his extensions could be at fault.
