Game Courier Tournament #2. Sign up for our 2nd multi-variant tournament to be played all on Game Courier.[All Comments] [Add Comment or Rating]This tournament will be run much the same as last year's. I will not be using any official rules for round robin tournaments, Canadian or otherwise. So please don't email me any. The procedure for assigning games and pairing people up is already given on this page. It is in the paragraph just above the table listing the games. The primary factor in pairing people up will not be estimated playing ability, which is largely a big unknown with new games and new people, but common preferences for the same game. As for who gets paired with whom first, this will be a matter of which games the tournament starts with. As I did last year, I will try as much as I can, given varying preferences, for everyone to be playing the same games at the same time, and I expect to start out with the more established variants.
