It's been a while since I made an Interactive Diagram due to a request.
Cool, thanks;) noting that Queen and Oracle are pretty equal.
Decent choice of pieces.

Hardly understandable but so interesting.
Rational suggestion: what if external links will use the same font as the main text (Literata) but still be underlined twice as now? This increases text’s readability in some cases.

i suppose it is to mimic the fact that hexagonal chess variants tend to have three bishops? i agree that it seems a strange decision, though.
It's still completely obscure to me what exactly is meant by “according to the default”. I have the impression of a dictionary translation from German with an unfortunate bad guess…
Are we to guess which one isn't? ;)

Ok, it does make sense if it's meant to be playable using a McCooey's Hexagonal Chess set. But the point of Arimaa using standard chess equipment is that everyone already has it.

Hi, I found your very nice svg versions of piece variants for a lot of pieces here on chessvariants.com - I'm referring to http://winboard.nl/alpha/
I have played on Yucata.de for some time, and they recently released Grand Chess with a lot of pieces (81 extra) which originated from chessvariants.com. Then I had the idea to do a print-and-play for myself with the same graphics as on Yucata.
Unfortunately their piece images were very small gifs, so that's why I was happy to find your svg files. Anyway, I have started to do an AI file using the same color for the black pieces as on Yucata, mostly I can use your svg files and some extra work is needed.
I just wanted to thank you for making your work downloadable, and if you have any use of the extra work I did just tell me. I might want to do an online version on futureskill.com at some point, please tell me if this is ok for you.

Your interactive diagram has given the pieces too much power: a piece never changes both its board and its relative position. (I've described this before as "2+2 dimensions" as opposed to a fully symmetric 4 dimensions.)
