Right or Left Chess

This is a rules file for Zillions of Games, a Windows program that will let you play any puzzle or strategy board game you can feed it the rules to. With Zillions-of-Games installed, this rules file will let you play this game against your computer.

Right or Left Chess is played like standard Chess, except: * Pieces are 'Right' or 'Left' and lack their leftward or rightward moves, respectively. * Taking a turn to do so, players can flip any piece from Right to Left or vice a versa. * Pawns are normal, except they cannot take a double step. * Flipping the King does not count as moving for the purpose of castling Queenside. The initial array is shown below (Right and Left pieces are rotated 90 degrees clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively). A second variant included in this ZRF gives Knights and Bishops an extra sideways move.
