Zillions of Games file for Alice Chess

Alice Chess is a popular variant where the pieces, like Lewis Carroll's heroine, go "through the looking glass" to a Mirror board and then back to a Normal board. Curiouser and curiouser, you can use a single board to represent the Normal and Mirror boards at the same time. This ZRF uses a single board for Alice Chess. It was written in 1999 for the original version of Zillions. It does not implement en passant or castling. The file contains five variants: <ul> <li>Alice Chess The variant invented by V.R. Download Instructions

The ZRF file and its accompanying graphics are bundled together in a .zip file. These will work with Zillions of Games, a Windows program that will let you play any puzzle or strategy board game you can feed it the rules and graphics for.

Instructions on downloading this Zillions file:

Download the .zip file
Using a program such as PeaZip or 7-Zip, extract the contents of the .zip file to your Zillions of Games folder
Be sure to keep the folder structure intact when you extract the files.

For whatever reason, the What's New? text for this page is not showing up on the What's New? page. I fixed the directory structure of the zip file. This ZRF plays Alice Chess on a single board.
