For some reason your browser isn't reloading the page even when you go away and come back... With Internet Explorer (and some other browsers) you can force a reload by holding down the control key while you click the refresh button. Try that. If that does it, then you need to adjust your browser settings; look for an option called something like 'reload page if newer' or 'reload page always.'
