Actually, I think you might be the only one with this problem; there is no
need to type in URLs manually, and, based on your description of the
problem, I'm not sure that would help.  For some reason your browser
isn't reloading the page even when you go away and come back...  With
Internet Explorer (and some other browsers) you can force a reload by
holding down the control key while you click the refresh button.  Try
that.  If that does it, then you need to adjust your browser settings;
look for an option called something like 'reload page if newer' or
'reload page always.'  If that doesn't do it, however,  then something
is very wrong with your browser...
